IN A VERY COLD LAND

At first we were a little bit nervous about that journey but when I came at midnight, yes pretty late for us and I think for everyone, we were so excited. The first day was the weirdest, new place, new school, an entirely new country and especially the weather. Here it is so cold we can´t belive that someone can survive with -25 degrees  in the winter. Luckly,  we don´t have these temperatures in Sardinia. In the second day we went to the Cocolate factory where we ate delicious sweets and a lot of chocolate, of course. It rained all day, we´re retourned at home all wet. What a such bad weather. At the evening we have gone at bowling to play with the others in teams, and one of my friends has an orrible maledition so we´ve lost a lot of points. The after day we went to the city center and we´ve played a scavenger hunt and that was so funny. We did a lot of shopping!. This is our travel diary

Our experience in Finland: Luca and Carlo

Well, it´s only the third day here, but we can say that for now we´re having so much fun. The first day was a really tough because of the journey of the day before and because of the cold and rainy weather, but we can say that the chocolate was so good that we gained 10kg of fat. The city centre is so amazing, the music we listened to yesterday was really nice(not for Carlo who is ignorant) and the scavenger hunt was so fun, good job teachers. Today it´s a  bit calmer, but it´s being interesting anyway.

Another great thing about Finland is the amount of beautiful girls around here(says Carlo, but Luca kind of agrees). We are sure we will have a lot of fun even in these last days here in Helsinki. 😀

Our experience in Finland

We`re here just few days but we´re having much fun. Everyday we´re very busy because of all the activities we do. Our hosts are very nice and very friendly.

We arrived at midnight after a lot of flights, we were so tired and excited for a new experience. The cold hasn´t stopped us from doing new things. The next day we went to school and after the Italian presentation  we went to chocolate factory “Fazer”, here we ate as much chocolate as we wanted and they also gave us a bag of free samples: needless to say, everyone was amazed. And at evening we went to Myllypuro Areena Space bowling and after we went home. On Wednesday  we saw a classical concert and we had a lunch at McDonald`s (as usual).

The scavenger hunt didn´t go well for us but we had fun still, we saw a lot of important monuments- the weather was cool, luckily and in a weird there was the sun. It dind´t rain at all.

We hope to have a nice weekend,

Travel diary of a non-traveler

Before the Italians came to Finland, I was very excited, and I was still excited while waiting at the airport, even though I was tired. Right now I’m very tired but happy.

The Italians have all been very nice to us Finns, and we all get along with each other, even though we have some differences. The Italians are all very nice and most of them are quite talkative. They’re fun and interesting company!

Our schedule has been a bit hectic and I’m exhausted, but I’m enjoying everything we do. I’m glad about joining this exchange!

We, Finn-talians, Andrea and Giuseppe.

Helsinki is a wonderful city, despite cold. We´re both staying with Pietari, so our experience is a bit different from the one of the other Italians. Anyway, we binded with are partner and with each other. Since the week ain´t over yet, we don´t know how the experience will have actually been. So… we´ll see! See you in November!
